THIS SUIT ACTUALLY STOPS TRAFFIC, it’s a rarity to see six empty lanes but "the early bird catches the worm". In spite of this being a rich blend of chocolate and grey with a cheeky red check, I decided to share this with you in black and white. While fellow fashionistas peacock at the annual Pitti Uomo, I’m currently embracing the natural backdrop of grey skies and less colourful weather here in Sydney. Thankfully I'm surrounded by an array of cafes and intimate warm bars here in the suburb of Paddington to stave off my jealously instead.

This suit is an absolute work-horse. The British influenced, plaid textured piece is perfect for the cooler days. Due to the weight of this fabric, you would expect to see this in Saville Row, but I have no trouble including it in my suit rotation every winter. The jacket structure is accentuated by defined shoulders, which feature slightly heavier shoulder pads, this in turn creates a powerful silhouette. The inner canvas is thicker thus giving the jacket a controlled look, as opposed to a lighter canvas that would follow the natural curves of the body, this will also keep you warmer in the cooler months. This super 100s suit is the perfect business suit for winter, I’ve paired it back with a crisp white poplin shirt, deep burgundy silk knit tie and dark chocolate loafers. Three brand new books of fabric have just arrived, drop in and let me run through what will best suit you for your next traffic stopping ensemble.
