Fashion heavy weight Giorgio Armani made monochromatic famous and it’s still one of my favourites today. This combination of navy on navy is great for evening wear, cocktail events or simply going about your every day work just like I am here. I am not one to usually combine tan and black, however adding a pop of colour with this brown vintage Florentine Doctors bag certainly adds another element of depth and nostalgia to this ensemble.
I love the versatility this textured silk/wool suit brings to my wardrobe. The detail and depth of the subtle black check will also work exceptionally well with a black shirt, or even your classic white shirt with a polka dot tie. When the weekend rolls in, leave the trousers behind and utilise the versatility of this blazer. It can be worn in so many ways. For example, strip the suit back to just the blazer, add a pale blue button down Oxford with neutral chinos and loafers- perfect for casual Friday. Alternatively- pop on a pair of white sneakers, white tee, your favourite jeans, throw on the blazer and you’re weekend ready!
